  • The company has acquired a comprehensive range of assets, including plant and machinery valued in excess of £4.58 million, and circa 80 motor vehicles with a collective value of £1.55 million. 
  • Holds an ongoing framework agreement with a local council, which reliably supplies income of £1.5 million per annum. 
  • Typically works on 25 live contracts at any time, providing total confidence in its income for periods of between six months and three years at all times. At present, 90% of income is attributable to these medium-term contracts.
