We use information provided when you request further information on a deal opportunity to provide you with the adviser’s contact details. We also pass your contact details on to the adviser responsible for the listing, but only if you consent by ticking the check box.
We will never sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information, with the following two exceptions:
You can see what information is held on our website by visiting the My Account page, the Update your details page and the Saved searches page.
You can see what information is held on our mailing list by clicking on the “update your preferences” link at the bottom of every email.
You can see what information is held in respect of deal opportunity enquiries you have made on the My Account page, but only if you are a registered user of the site and were logged on when you made the enquiry.
You can see what information is held regarding deal opportunity enquiries in respect of your own listings on the My Account page, except that you cannot see details of enquirers who did not give consent to you receiving their contact details.
You can update and edit your personal information held on our website by visiting the Update your details page. To remove your user account altogether, please get in touch and we will process this for you.
You can edit and remove your saved searches on the Saved searches page. To stop email notifications when a new opportunity matches your saved search criteria, please delete the saved search.
You can amend and remove personal information held on our mailing list and change the frequency of our emails by clicking on the “update your preferences” link at the bottom of every email. If you do not wish to remain on our mailing list, then please use the “unsubscribe” link at the foot of every email. Please note that unsubscribing from our mailing list will not stop email notifications triggered by your saved searches, which can be stopped by deleting your saved search.

We process personal information to fulfil our contractual obligations to you if you list an opportunity or make a payment on our website.
In some cases, you may have provided your consent to process your personal data.
We currently use Mail Chimp for email contact purposes, 1&1 for web hosting, and Stripe and PayPal for handling online payments. These global organisations use networks of computers, cloud-based servers and other infrastructure worldwide. Some, or possibly all of them, store and process personal information both inside and outside the EU.
