Providing precision subcontract engineering, Precision CNC machining and custom components for multiple industries using advanced technology and skilled expertise.
The businesses work within the industries of Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Subsea and motorsport amongst others. Some of these have been customers for over 30 years.
The two companies are well-established and have excellent working relationships with their clients, with a total of 25+ active clients
per month. Present order book of £330k over the next 3 months.
Work mainly with Commercial Clients but does also have domestic clients.
High staff retention rate with a strong second tier management structure in place and future planning with young apprentices.
Combined turnover for year-end 2025 is £1.4m, with an adjusted EBITDA in excess of £206k.
The businesses run from three adjacent units consisting of a machine shop, office space, a showroom and warehouse/storage area. The two companies use the spaces interchangeably as they work collaboratively.
