Williams & Partners has been engaged to sell the business and assets of this well-established Network Cabling and Computer Peripherals provider through an administration process. Focused primarily on supplying connectivity and infrastructure products, the Company designs, sources, and distributes a range of IT networking equipment and peripherals, including network and server enclosures, PDU’s, patch panels , switches, wireless access points, keyboards’ mice, and cabling products, enabling both wired and wireless connectivity across residential, commercial, and small enterprise environments.

Due to the ill health of the owner, the Company has suffered from a dip in sales and profitability, but us still generating sales of up to £200,000 per month (down from c£400,000pm) and retains over c£500,000 in current stock at cost (c£850,000 retail).
The business is offered with all intellectual property, stock, leased premises (if required), full introductions to the external manufacturers, resellers and other channel partners.
It is expected that the Company will continue to trade until the date of any sale to allow for a seamless transfer of the business.
A successful sale of the business will allow the proprietor, who has operated the business for over 36 years, to retire, but he would also consider remaining with the business on a full/part-time or consultancy basis to enable a smooth transfer of the business, if required.
