With consistently high gross profit margins (~47%) and increasing turnover the Company is on track to deliver ~£5.2m of revenue and ~£0.7m of adjusted EBITDA in this financial year to Apr-26. Underpinned by YTD sales (to July) of £1.1m.and an orderbook of ~£3.75m, the Directors are confident of meeting their financial forecast for this year.
The founder, who does not work in the Company full time wishes to crystallise value built up in the business. He, together with his co-founder have built a substantial business, but one that would benefit from the additional resources that a larger company could offer.
Should a buyer so wish, the founder would welcome continuing to support the Business in an advisory capacity.
