For the kitchen carcasses, the three levels of service that the business offers is the manufacture of the carcass only, a drill and fit service where they fit the doors provided by customers and a complete service, where they order and fit everything, such as bins, larders and cornices. In addition, with all projects, they offer a full customisation service, with customers able to request special units and alterations to standard dimensions.
The business has a strong second tier management team in place, able to run without director oversight.
