The Group delivers a full suite of services, providing planning, installation, inspection and maintenance services to its diverse customer base.
Its customers include logistics, pharmaceutical and food and beverage companies, libraries and universities, based across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Europe. The Business has established long-standing relationships with these customers, generating repeat revenue through the delivery of ongoing projects.
The Group has strong relationships with its various suppliers and is the exclusive distributor for four of these suppliers. The Business has worked with its two main suppliers for over 35 years.
The Shareholders are looking to exit with a long-term view to retire. They are willing to provide an extended handover period post completion.
