The group offers innovative architectural, interior design and visualisation services for a range of sectors providing environmentally considerate, high-quality buildings that add to the built environment.
The group is a large practice of nearly 100 staff. It has the expertise, resources and experience to carry out major and complex projects nationwide and is a market leader in the hotel, and residential sectors.
Our clients are now offering the group for sale to facilitate their retirement plans.
However, one of the directors would be open to remaining with the group on a long-term basis, depending on terms.

• Turnover of £6.2m achieved in YE25, with an adjusted EBITDA of £990k.
  
• Project sizes vary greatly, spanning between £2m and £450m.
  
• The Group has historically been north of c£6m in revenues and c£900,000 adj. EBITDA and believe that these levels will be achieved moving forward following recovery of COVID-19 restrictions and unusually high PI premiums.
  
• During 2020 & 2021, the financial performance was constricted by COVID-19 guidelines, with trading returning without restrictions towards the end of FYE March 2022.
