Project Naples represents the opportunity to acquire a leading homecare agency which operates across the North West of England.
Specialising in delivering domiciliary care as well as clinically led complex support to young people and adults in their own homes, project Naples offers a range of personalised services to enable continued independent
living for people of all ages in the community.
Currently providing over 6,000 hours of care a week across the North of England, the company is on the cusp of unparalleled revenue and care volume growth.
The business has several contracts in place with local authorities which prove to be extremely lucrative. The team currently provides care for almost 350 clients with 95% of this care being attributed to local authorities.
In addition to this, throughout 2023, the business was awarded three further contracts with Local Authorities within the North West. Further tenders have been submitted across the North West of England A vast array of regions have already been identified for future expansion and growth.
2023 proved to be a very successful year for the company as the group also made the decision to centralise as much of the business as possible. This centralisation includes recruitment, training, compliance, rota management, quality management, On Call and more.
This strategy offers a more robust coverage and builds a “centre of excellence” within the group. The company intends to evolve this into its own business and then take this offer out to the market. These services, especially training, compliance and On Call are in high demand with all care providers and care homes and it would be likely to become a profitable revenue stream for project Naples.
The service offers a vast selection of homecare provisions for individuals who wish to retain the familiarity of their home environment; this includes Dementia/Alzheimer’s care, palliative care, companionship, overnight care and homecare. In 2023 the service also started providing Complex Clinical and Mental health care.
