Project Red manufactures kitchen carcasses, doors and bedroom furniture such as fitted wardrobes, drawers and cabinets. All products are manufactured in house.

For the kitchen carcasses, the three levels of service that the business offers is the manufacture of the carcass only, a drill and fit service where they fit the doors provided by customers and a complete service, where they order and fit everything, such as bins, larders and cornices. In addition, with all projects, they offer a full customisation service, with customers able to request special units and alterations to standard dimensions.
The business has a strong second tier management team in place, able to run without director oversight.
