The company owns and operates a strong portfolio of luxury hotels and restaurant/bars situated in the Channel Islands, catering its services to the general public, tourist groups, weddings and corporate events.

Having experienced rapid growth since its foundation, the company has strategically invested in properties in prime locations, refurbishing and enhancing run-down properties to maximise revenue, whilst cultivating an
excellent reputation as a trusted provider of high-end guest experiences.
The owners are offering the company for sale as part of their retirement plans. In anticipation of the sale, the owners have established a dependable management team, which will be able to efficiently manage all operations on an independent basis, post-sale.


  • Offers a total of 129 rooms across all properties, maintaining average
    occupancy rates of circa 60%, with constant demand throughout the year, peaking during spring and summer. 
  • All hotels are complemented with on-site restaurants, bars and pools, which supply additional, highly profitable revenue streams. 
  • All hotels are set within sizeable grounds and benefit from prominent positions, set against beautiful landscapes and offering distinctive escapes for all guests. 
  • Each of the company’s hotels is managed by a dedicated on-site team, with a centralised head office function focusing on business development. All active members of the management team will remain with the business, post-sale. 
  • Further growth will be achieved by increasing the accommodation capacity of the current properties, with demand currently outstripping availability, presenting an immediate area of potential expansion.

  • Achieved turnover of £6.6 million in YE23, with an adjusted EBITDA in excess of £1.6 million. 
  • The combined market value of all sites is circa £17.3 million. The freehold for all properties will be included in the sale. 
  • YE24 revenue and adjusted EBITDA are on course to exceed YE23 levels, as demand for high-quality accommodation in the area continues to rise. 
  • Whilst revenue was temporarily affected by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the company remained profitable throughout, with revenue and profits now exceeding pre-pandemic levels. A Revenue from accommodation, food and liquor account for approximately 35%, 40%, and 25% of annual income, respectively.
